We spin our finger
over our heads and make noises like a helicopter rotor.
“Whomp, whomp, whomp,
whomp…”
H is for Hat
Where do you wear a
hat?
On your toes? NO!
On your knees? NO!
On your shoulders?
NO!
On your head? YES!!!!
Then we sing:
Head, shoulders,
knees and toes,
Knees and toes,
Head shoulders,
knees, and tees,
Knees and toes,
Eyes, and ears and
mouth and nose,
Head, shoulders knees
and toes
Knees and toes.
First we sing normal
speed, then really slow and then as fast as we can.
H is for Humpty
Dumpty
Humpty is an egg who
makes bad decisions.
We sing this
version.
H is for Heart!
First we make a
circle with our hands and then curve down our fingers while saying the rhyme
below.
I put my hands
together,
This is how I start.
I curve my fingers right around,
And I can make a
heart!
H is for House!
We use our arms to
make a pretend roof over our heads.
H is for Hot Dogs!
We count how many
fingers we have on one hand.
Then we sing the 5
Little Hot Dogs song.
H is for Horse!
We sing Horsie
Horsie.
H is for Hedgehog!
Hedgehogs seem cute but are hard to keep as pets...
H is for Hippo!
How big is a hippo?
(Stretch out arms...)
