E is for Earth!
Make a circle with your hands and put them in the sky.
E is for Enterprise
Bounce along and stand up/down when you sing the word "up" or "down." Alternately, lift your baby/child up and down.
Oh, the grand old Captain Kirk
He had ten thousand men
He beamed them UP to the Enterprise
Then he beamed them DOWN again
And when they were UP they were UP
And when they were DOWN they were DOWN
And when they were only halfway UP
They were neither UP nor DOWN.
E is for Ears
Here is a bunny with ears so funny,
(make bunny/peace sign with fingers)
And here is his hole in the ground.
(make big circle with arm on hip)
When a noise he hears,
He pricks up his ears,
And he jumps in his hole in the ground.
(put bunny fingers in arm hole)
Do your ears hang low?
(point to ears then touch ground)
Do they wobble to and fro?
(rock back and forth)
Can you tie them in a knot?
(roll then cross hands)
Can you tie them in a bow?
(roll hands then put up arms)
Can you throw them o’er your shoulder
(throw pretend bag over shoulder)
Like a continental soldier?
(march in place)
Do your ears hang low?
(point to ears then touch ground)
E is for Elf
His name is Buddy. He likes maple syrup.
E is for Eggs
Five eggs and five eggs, that makes ten!
(show five fingers on each hand)
Siting on top is the mother hen.
(Clasp hands together)
Crackle, crackle, crackle…what do we see?
(Clap three times and open hands up)
Ten fluffy chicks as yellow as can be!
(Dance fingers around and make them cheep like baby chicks)
So morbid, but...
If you like your eggs scrambled, clap your hands
If you like your eggs scrambled, clap your hands
Yes, they’re yummy and they’re yellow
So you’ll be a happy fellow
If you like your eggs scrambled, clap your hands
If you like your eggs fried, jump up high…
If you like bacon with your eggs, stomp your legs…
If you want toast instead, nod your head,
If you want toast instead, nod your head
Yes, it’s yummy and it’s great
You’ll be so glad you ate
If you want toast instead, nod your head.
